Project Description
Prior to embarking on a bold three-phase expansion plan, St. Anthony of Padua retained Guidance In Giving to conduct a Planning Study in the winter of 2016. Following a thorough analysis and review of the study results, parish leadership worked with Guidance In Giving to implement a successful capital campaign. The money raised from the campaign will be used toward the Phase 1 project, the construction of a New Parish Activity Center with a gymnasium and stage. Phase 2 will focus on the expansion and renovation of the church sacristy and vestibule. Finally, Phase 3 will see an addition to the Parish Activity featuring more meeting rooms/classrooms, a lobby, porches and a plaza. In total it is estimated that the completion of the three-phase master plan will cost $3 million. Parish leadership hopes to begin construction of the new gymnasium as soon as possible.
