Project Description
Facing the challenge of a leaking roof, which extended over the entire parish facilities including the Church, social hall and numerous meeting rooms, Saint James Catholic Church began working with Guidance In Giving in January of 2015. In preparation for a capital campaign to address necessary repairs to the roof as well as renovations to the flooring and electrical system in the Church, Guidance In Giving diligently sought out cost estimates for the various projects to ensure accuracy and confidence needed for a successful venture. A total of $1,750,000 has been raised to date on a campaign goal set at $1.5 million. Thus leaving the parish with approximately $1 million in seed money for a new future 5,174 square foot Narthex addition and plaza area to be built out from the front end of the Church.
