Guidance In Giving partnered with St. Francis de Sales to run a combined campaign in conjunction with the Diocese of Providence. The Finishing the Journey, Grateful for God’s Providence Capital Campaign set out to raise $1,550,000 to reduce the parish building debt by $900,000, to make renovations and repairs to the former Church, Rev. Thomas H. Driscoll Memorial Hall, and to fulfill its portion to the greater needs of the diocesan-wide campaign. At the end of the campaign calendar, the parish received $1,267,742 in pledges and one-time gifts from 183 parish families. The parish had a very successful campaign, with parishioners pledging more than 4 (four) times their offertory. Since the active phase of the campaign concluded, the parish has received an additional $26,399 from 31 (thirty-one) parish families. Guidance In Giving was happy to serve as fundraising counsel to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church.
