In our development efforts, Guidance In Giving strives at all times to conduct successful campaigns by building a dynamic and collaborative relationship with the diocesan administration, pastors, priests, pastoral teams, parishioners and diocesan staff. We take pride in developing long-term relationships with our clients. It is our role as a firm to listen prior to developing the campaign plan. By listening and asking questions we are able to develop a program that complements the existing atmosphere and energy in the diocese as well as throughout the parishes. We do not believe in the cookie cutter approach to campaigns; we believe that every campaign must utilize the inherent strengths of the people we are serving.
The executives and staff of Guidance In Giving realize that the face of today’s Catholic Church is rapidly changing. We are extremely sensitive to the needs of multi-cultural communities and work closely with our clients to ensure the involvement and participation of each family in the diocese. Through consultation, we can design a program to fit your needs. Your development program need not be a burdensome task. It can be an excellent opportunity to reinforce the call of stewardship and provide ongoing education and evangelization to parishioners throughout the diocese.
“One of the aspects that made for a very successful campaign was the close collaboration that the team had not only with the consultative committees, both lay and clergy, but most importantly with individual pastors in helping to tailor a parish-based campaign to the unique circumstances of each community.”

“While in a diocese or parish there is often some initial apprehension about beginning a capital campaign, (and understandably so), the staff of Guidance in Giving has the experience and the techniques to help alleviate that hesitation and to quickly enlist others in forming a team that works towards a successful effort.”
