Phil Toups Attends Groundbreaking Ceremony for St. Joseph’s New Parish Hall

Phil Toups had the honor of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for St. Joseph, Houston’s new parish hall on November 29, 2025. Bishop ítalo and Father Victor asked Phil to join them and the building committee in grabbing a shovel and hard hat to officially break ground.
