“The initiative began with a feasibility study conducted by Guidance in Giving in July–August 2021. The study explored the possibility of a capital campaign to fund the construction of a new church and the expansion of facilities, including office and conference rooms, restrooms, storage, and parking. Based on interviews, the recommendation was to proceed, provided clarity was first established regarding the outcomes of two previous campaigns.

Following extensive prayerful discernment, study, and discussion among parish staff, leadership committees, councils, parishioners, and the Diocese of Fargo, the “”Together We Build”” Capital Campaign officially launched in January 2022. The campaign’s goal was set at $4,000,000 to construct the new church and provide additional office space, restrooms, a conference room, storage, and parking. Crucially, the campaign included a transparent update on the two prior campaigns conducted between 2008 and 2021, a factor vital to its success.
