St. Francis of Assisi, Cartersville, GA

After a feasibility study conducted by Guidance In Giving (GIG) in fall 2024, St. Francis Parish approved the first phase of a major expansion to meet the community’s growing needs.

The project begins with a new classroom building, adding 12 rooms to support Faith Formation, adult education, and ministry programs. The ground floor will host large multi-purpose spaces, while the upper level provides standard classrooms. Thoughtfully designed, the building will preserve parking, connect seamlessly with existing facilities, and offer a cost-effective $3 million solution to current space needs.

Thanks to the generosity of our parish family, more than half of the campaign goal has already been raised, bringing us closer to creating a vibrant and welcoming parish environment.
