“In 2023, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church embarked on an ambitious and faith-filled journey with the “Honoring Our Past, Building Our Future” Capital Campaign. Guided by Guidance In Giving, Inc., the parish sought to raise a minimum of $3 million to replace the aging 40-year-old St. Anthony Hall with a new, energy-efficient facility—Sister Clare Hogan Hall—and to revitalize the parish’s central courtyard, creating a welcoming space for fellowship, formation, and community outreach.
The campaign celebrated both the parish’s proud legacy and its vision for the future—balancing gratitude for the generations that built St. Francis with a shared commitment to ensure that future generations inherit a vibrant and sustainable parish home.
The campaign achieved remarkable success, raising over $2.4M in pledges by the campaign’s conclusion. These results represent 113% of the initial $2 million potential goal and 76% of the formal $3 million target, a testament to the generosity and faith of the St. Francis community.
The funds raised through “Honoring Our Past, Building Our Future” will bring to life Sister Clare Hogan Hall—a modern, energy-efficient, and welcoming space that will serve as the heart of parish life for decades to come. Together with the revitalized courtyard, these projects will strengthen the parish’s mission of hospitality, formation, and community engagement, ensuring that St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church continues to be a beacon of faith and fellowship for generations.”
