“In 2024, St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia joyfully completed its Honoring Our Past, Envisioning Our Future Capital Campaign, a transformative effort to strengthen parish life and provide for future generations. Through the remarkable generosity of parishioners, the campaign received 628 pledges and gifts totaling $6,169,172, with an average gift of $9,824—an inspiring testament to the faith and commitment of the St. Joseph community.
Exceeding its goal by achieving 112% of the campaign target, the parish celebrated extraordinary success in funding key projects, including the construction of a new Rectory, improvements to the parking lot, and the addition of a soccer field to serve families and youth. Parish households that participated pledged at an average rate of 3.7 times their 2023 offertory, reflecting both deep gratitude for the past and strong faith in the parish’s future.”
