St. Patrick, Chatham, NJ

“During a recent engineering survey of the buildings and grounds on the St. Patrick’s campus, it became clear that the time had come to address several significant repair and improvement needs. The resulting facilities plan identified critical projects, including repairs to the church roof and exterior, renovations to the old church/preschool building, upgrades to campus-wide heating systems, improvements to parking lots and the main driveway, and enhancements to campus drainage. The plan also recommended establishing an endowment to support the long-term maintenance and upkeep of parish facilities. To accomplish these goals, a campaign goal of $1.5 million was set.

Through the prayerful generosity of parishioners, St. Patrick’s Parish surpassed all expectations—raising more than $2.3 million. This remarkable achievement not only addressed the critical physical needs on campus but also established a robust endowment that now generates a significant annual income for future maintenance and improvement projects as they arise.”
